Find out more about us by visiting our website: Responsibilities: Train new and existing Design Consultants, Sales Managers & Regional Sales Managers Lead online coaching and training sessions for new Design Consultants Be proficient in our online conference technologies and be able to help others troubleshoot Administer and keep accurate records of trainee tests, role plays, and videos Design & produce physical & digital educational materials on time and under budget Evaluate results after each training session Self-Generate sales leads to build knowledge and experience Conduct sales appointments at least quarterly with a minimum closing target of 30% Coordinate sales appointments around training schedule Build product knowledge & acquire additional selling, management & leadership skills Participate in self-improvement training sponsored by System Pavers Work effectively both independently and on a Team Take responsibility for special projects as needs arise Additional Requirements: Create a professional training environment Have a consistent, Positive Mental Attitude Develop positive working relationships and communicate effectively Comply with all company policies and standards Plan for occasional travel to be required We offer a solid pathway to a successful and fulfilling work-life.
